These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the use of the website kinderly.ch (the "Site") and the sale of products offered by Kinderly ("we", "our"), operated by Social by Anirbas, based in Switzerland. By making a purchase on the Site, you fully accept these Terms.

2. Products
Kinderly offers bedroom decoration products and personalized items for children (including backpacks and accessories with a name or initials). Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only: colors, textures, and details may vary slightly from the actual product, including due to the settings of the screen used.
3. Orders
By placing an order on the Site, you make a binding offer to purchase. The order is considered accepted by us upon confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the event of product unavailability, obvious errors in prices or descriptions, or suspected fraud.
Personalized products
For personalized products (for example, with a name, initials, or other details provided by the customer), it is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information entered (spelling of the name, initials, etc.) before confirming the order. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee changes or corrections.
4. Prices and payment
All prices shown on the Site are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, if not included in the price, are shown separately before the order is completed.
Payment is made using the methods indicated on the Site at the time of purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, TWINT, other methods made available through Shopify). Payment is processed by third-party payment service providers in accordance with their respective terms.
5. Shipping
We ship products to the addresses provided by the customer within Switzerland. Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates and not binding, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., courier service disruptions, force majeure events).
The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns

• Non-personalized products: you may request a return within 3 days of receipt, provided the product is intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
• Personalized products (with a name, initials, or other customer-specific details) are excluded from the right of return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a personalization error attributable to us.
